Carefully package your ring and mail it back to us using a tracked shipping service.
Include your name, original order number, and the new ring size you need inside the package.
Once we receive your ring, we will process the size exchange and ship the replacement ring back to you.
This service is only available for rings originally purchased from our shop. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original ring back to us. Return shipping for the replacement ring is included with this listing unless otherwise stated.
Please confirm your new ring size before mailing the ring. We strongly recommend being professionally sized by a local jeweler, especially for wider bands, as wider rings may fit more snugly than narrow rings.
The returned ring should be packaged securely and sent with tracking. Rings with significant wear, damage, engraving, or other custom features may require additional work or fees before they can be exchanged.

Bentwood Rings
This ring is made using the bentwood technique which is the wrapping of wooden veneer sheets tightly around itself and then being glued into place. The ring is then carefully shaped by hand and a channel is carved into the ring where the inlay is set. A multi-layer finish of cyanoacrylate is then applied to protect the ring. Finally wax is applied to the ring to help protect and add an extra shine.

Care Tips
Wooden rings with the right care can last for a long time, but due to the fact that they are made from a soft material they cannot withstand the same amount of abuse that a metal ring can. Prolonged exposure to water will weaken the protective coating of the ring, occasional hand washing and showering will not effect the ring, but over long periods of time the finish will wear off. Avoid chemicals while wearing the ring and their life will be greatly extended. However, the finish of the ring can be re-applied and the ring will look brand new, contact me for re-finishing options.
