Ring Sizing, Exchanges & Remakes

Every Lathe of the Land ring is handmade in the size you select. Please confirm your size with a professional jeweler or a reliable ring-sizing kit before ordering, keeping your chosen band width in mind.

If You Ordered the Wrong Size

An exchange may require making a new ring. The remake fee varies depending on the ring’s construction and core material. Please contact us before purchasing the exchange service so we can confirm the appropriate option for your ring.

Exchange Requirements

  • The original ring must be returned in undamaged condition, without excessive wear.

  • We must receive the original ring before making its replacement.

  • Customers are responsible for the remake fee, return shipping, and shipping of the replacement ring.

  • Please confirm your new size before requesting an exchange.

Custom & Keepsake Rings

Custom orders and rings made with your personal keepsake materials are not eligible for returns for a refund. If you need a different size, please contact us to discuss the available remake options for your particular ring.

If We Made a Mistake

If your ring was made in a different size than you ordered, we will correct the mistake and remake it at no additional charge.

If your order arrives damaged or has another issue, please contact us with your order number and photographs so we can help.
