Each ring is handmade specifically in the size selected at checkout. We strongly recommend confirming your ring size with a professional jeweler or reliable ring sizing kit before ordering.

Because each ring is made to order, returns are not accepted for an incorrectly selected size. Size exchanges are available through our Ring Size Exchange and Remake Service. The remake fee varies depending on the ring construction, and current pricing is listed on the exchange service page.

The original ring must be returned in undamaged condition before a replacement can be made. Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement ring.

If your ring is made in a different size than the size ordered, we will correct the mistake and remake the ring at no additional charge.
